Cindy Frazer, age 57, of Bruno, formerly of South St. Paul, passed away on Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth, MN after battling idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. She was born on August 8, 1953 in South St. Paul, Minnesota to Ralph and Donna (Boomhauer) Seefeldt. She married Richard Joseph Frazer, Sr. and moved to Bruno in 1976. She was a former owner of the Partridge Café in Askov. Cindy liked gaming and shopping. She also enjoyed long drives, eating out and playing with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard and her father, Ralph Seefeldt. She is survived by her mother, Donna Seefeldt; her children, Nathan (Amy) Frazer of Sandstone, Richard Frazer, Jr. of Pine City, Kerri Frazer of Bruno and step-son, Anthony (Alexandrea) Frazer of Oakdale; her siblings, Ralph (Patty) Seefeldt, Lottie Seefeldt and Mark (Diane) Seefeldt and her grandchildren, Aubree, Leo, Aidan, Wyatt and Henry.
