Zena Rose Lee (Christina Lee Cook) of Foley, MN passed away after her long battle with MS on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at The Gardens of Foley nursing home. She was 44 years old.

Zena was born on August 31, 1978, in Victorville, CA to Randall and Rebecca (Crawford) Cook. She moved with her parents to the Hinckley, MN area and graduated from Hinckley-Finlayson High School in 1997. Zena always loved music and was very involved in choir and band throughout high school. As life moved forward Zena lived in various places which included Sandstone, St. Cloud, and Foley, MN. Music was one of Zena's many joys, she enjoyed song writing and singing whenever she had a moment. Zena was always looking for ways to help other people. If she wasn't training dogs as emotional support animals, she was volunteering at Changing Gaits in Brook Park, MN. As a woman of God, Zena's faith was very strong, she lived by the quote, "for we should leave this place, because there is sin here and we will be questioned and exposed. Let us go into the hand of the father, our God."

Zena is survived by her daughter, Ashia Stafne; her mother, Rebecca Cook; brother, Randy Cook; life partner, Amy Bolstad; many aunts, uncles, and nephews.

A Celebration of Life for Zena is being planned for a later date.
