William Arthur Daubenspeck (aka "Whispering Bill") age 69, of Mora, MN, passed away in his home on Sunday March 1, 2026.

Bill was born November 14, 1956 to William and Geraldine (Gantzer) Daubenspeck in St. Paul. He grew up in the Como Park area of St. Paul and graduated from Murray High School in St. Paul. Bill was a quiet, gentle man who loved helping people, whether it was a simple ride to the store or maybe building a deck on their home. He was often seen around Mora working various projects or meeting friends at a local restaurant. He also enjoyed playing guitar and bringing his gift for music to others.\

Bill was preceded in death by William Daubenspeck (father), Geraldine Stebbing (mother), Richard Stebbing (stepfather) and Ronald Daubenspeck (brother). He is survived by brothers, Steven Daubenspeck of St. Paul, MN and Christopher Stebbing of McGrath, MN as well as nine nieces and nephews.

Bill was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and will be laid to rest at the Veterans Cemetery near Little Falls, MN.
