William "Bubs" Harold Bostrom Sr. died on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at his home in Pine City.  He was 73 years old.

William was born in Cloverdale, Minnesota on December 14, 1948, to Harold and Ula (Schaff) Bostrom. He attended school in Hinckley, Minnesota and drove trucks for Pine County.  In 2019 he moved to the Westchester Village Apartments in Pine City, Minnesota.

He loved hunting, fishing, and trapping, Bubs enjoyed country music, especially Dave Dudley, The Highwaymen and Johnny Cash.  He loved riding 4-wheelers and always looked forward to spending time with the grandkids, especially when they could stay longer than a day.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Ula Bostrom, his sister, Rita Wimmer and brother, Tony Bostrom.

William is survived by his son, William (Jennifer Wadhams) Bostrom Jr. and their children; Slater, Hunter, Arthur, John and Josiah, his son Luke (Sharla) Bostrom and their children; Brandon, Loma, Alivia, Alyssa, Aiden, and Ashley, his brother Lonny (Cindy) Bostrom and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held from 5 until 8 P.M. on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at Tatting-Methven Funeral Home in Hinckley.
