Wesley Anthony Trunk (Gramps) unexpectedly passed away January 28th, 2025, at the ag of 65.

Wesley was born October 4th, 1959, to Anthony Trunk and Rosalia Trunk (Rice) in Milaca MN, where he also went to school.

Wesley spent his last 20 years in Malmo MN and stayed in close contact with the mother of his children Ethel Klein.

Wesley worked his entire life as a mechanic, he also worked at Hawkins Sawmill many years. Wesley enjoyed tinkering with small engines including vehicles, tractors, chainsaws, mopeds, scooters and his pride was the Honda 3 wheelers and everything in-between! Wesley (Gramps) loved a cold beer, occasional 99 Bananas, art, camping, riding ATVs, and most importantly his family. Wesley helped every summer on the family farm and enjoyed helping everyone he could! Wesley loved spending time with his daughters and grandkids teaching them mechanics, gardening, logging and a lot about life! Wesley was known for his kindness, humor and always extending a helping hand.

Wesley was survived by his daughters Amy Trunk, Ashley (Keith) Kunnari, grandkids Austin Parker, Taylor Parker, Jace Benson, and many other friends and family!

A celebration of life will be held for him March 15th at the Lakeside town hall in Malmo, MN from 12 to 4 pm.
