Terese "Terrie" Lynne (Dodge) Morgan (10/14/1959) of Bloomington, Minnesota passed away suddenly on December 17 th , 2022, at the age of 63.

Terrie spoke with joy about her childhood spent growing up with her parents and siblings, often traveling in the families' custom-made van. Terrie went back to school later in life, and enjoyed her career in Information Technology, she was just a few years shy of retiring from her position as a Senior IT Engineer at H.B. Fuller.

In 2015, at the age of 55 she started running or as she called it, "power walking," in local races with her son Sawyer to support his burgeoning career as a long-distance runner. Since then, she has participated in countless races including the Gary Bjorklund Half Marathon, where she was joined by several of her children. From 2019-2022 she walked over 6,069 miles, spanning over 1478 hours with an elevation gain of 34,140 ft (higher than Mt. Everest!). She looked forward to her yearly tradition of traveling to Phoenix, AZ to participate in a race with her sisters. Despite always finishing faster than her sisters (much to her chagrin) she never medaled in the event when her sisters did because of the age brackets.

Terrie loved nothing more than spending time with her children, grandchildren, and extended family. Since the birth of her first granddaughter, she could be found more often traveling to visit them, than at home. When she wasn't with family, she was busy baking, gardening, and thrifting. During her downtime, which wasn't often, she loved to do puzzles while watching her shows, her favorite being Survivor.

Terrie's capacity for love was limitless. Whether it was housing a local rapper in her closet, begrudgingly dog and cat sitting, or making her children in-law feel loved like one of her own, she radiated kindness and empathy. She will be deeply missed by us all and the part she played in her family's life can never be measured or replaced.

Terrie was preceded in death by her father Gene Dodge, sister Stephanie Dodge and Mother Joan (nee Kedrowski) Dodge.

She was survived by her devoted husband of 34 years, Randy Morgan, their children, Matthew (Caroline) Morgan, Jill (Jeff) Wartner, Jeremy (Candace) Morgan, Sawyer (Shea) Morgan and Shelby (Ben) Morgan. Her beloved grandchildren, Brynn, Olivia, Hadley, Cecilia, and Jude. Her siblings Charles (Angela) Dodge, Jacqueline (Wes) Dodge-Borgan, Sandra (Dan) Knolls, Michael (Cindy) Dodge, Marcelle (Ken) Dodge and James (Tammy) Dodge as well as a host of Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.

A private celebration of her life will be held in the summer.
