Ruby J. Trapp of Grindstone Lake, in Sandstone, Minnesota was born on June 4, 1933 and passed away on February 23, 2026 at the age of 92.

Ruby was preceded in death by her husband Roger Trapp, parents Arthur and Florence Balfanz, sisters Marilyn Griffith, Lois Balfanz, and Mae DeNucci, brothers William "Bill" Balfanz and Edward Balfanz, nephew Michael Balfanz, and niece Linda Wright.

Ruby was employed by Brown & Bigelow in St. Paul, MN and at 3M in St. Paul, MN and retired from 3M in Pine City, MN.

A graveside service will be held at the Dell Grove Emmanuel Cemetary at 1:30pm on April 10, 2026. A Celebration of Life will follow at Osprey Wild Environmental Learning Center on Grindstone Lake, MN at 2:00pm.
