Roger Martin Olson died on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at the St. Cloud VA Medical Center.  He was 90 years old.

Roger was born in Mora, Minnesota to Martin and Marina (Norburg) Olson.  He graduated from Mora High School and later joined the US Army.  He married Charlotte Ziesmer in June of 1974.

Roger was a proud member of the American Legion.  He enjoyed fishing and gardening.  He loved going to auctions, especially when Byron Robyn and Kevin Norby were the auctioneers!

He is preceded in death by his parents Martin and Marina Olson.

Roger is survived by his wife Charlotte Olson, his daughter, Jean Olson of Minneapolis, sons; Jason (Susan) Olson of Mankato, Erik Radke of Wahkon, brothers; Harold (Lucy) Olson of Nevada, Kevin (Linda) Olson of Mora, four grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and many relatives, friends, nieces, and nephews.

He will be missed by all.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Zion Lutheran Church in Mora with Rev. Anthony Cloose officiating.  Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 from 5 until 7 P.M. at Dresser-Methven Funeral Home in Mora as well as one hour prior to the service at the church.
