Marjorie F. Pike, 96, of Hinckley, Minn. died peacefully on Sunday, December 4, 2022 at Elderwood Assisted Living in Hinckley.

Marjorie was born on July 19, 1926 in Braham, Minn. She was the daughter of William and Maude (Burnell) More. She was united in marriage to Axel Holmberg on November 12, 1952. Axel passed away on September 10, 1972. Marjorie remarried LeRoy Pike on December 27, 1986. LeRoy passed away on March 12, 2016.

She spent most of her life in the Hinckley area, babysitting for various families over the years. She enjoyed embroidery projects, word search books, reading, gardening and planting flowers.

Marjorie was preceded in death by her first husband Axel, and her second husband LeRoy, her parents, six brothers; Lawrence, William, Corliss, LeRoy, Donald and Harley and one sister, Loretta.

She is survived by her daughter Joan (Holmberg) True and son-in-law Raymond, sister, Rosella Quick, sister-in-law Toots More and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, December 9, 2022 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Hinckley with Rev Mike Metzler officiating.  Visitation will be on Thursday, December 8, 2022 from 5-7 P.M. at the church as well as one hour prior to the service.  Burial will be at Rosehill Cemetery.
