Lynette
Simertz
May 19, 1962 — Jul 26, 2026
Born in St. Paul, the Bohn’s eventually moved to Hinckley. From there, Hinckley, became Lynette’s home. Over time, her free spirit lead her to Arizona, before, she resided back in Hinckley for good.
In Lynette’s young adult years & after retuning from Arizona, she was a dedicated worker at Klesk’s Metal Stamping in Minneapolis. Most of us have probably seen her a time or two, speeding the freeway, to and fro, in one of her bright flashy go getters. Klesk’s was her second home and she really enjoyed the other employees she worked with.
As a motorcycle enthusiast, Lynette, loved everything Harley and looked forward to having conversations about and riding a motorcycle whenever possible. Whether she was giving you a little shoulder shove, with gratitude, or having to tell you, “I don’t like you very much, right now.”, she welcomed everyone she met, with an open heart, into her home for a BBQ, bonfire and time well spent together.
Lynette was proceeded in death by her parents, Leonard & Diane Bohn; her grandmother, Lorraine Friedlund; her niece & nephew Taylor & Brandon Bohn; and her great niece Mackenzie Klar.
She is survived by her daughter, Ricki (Ryan) Skalicky; Son, Bryce (Jaedyn) Cheese; her grandsons Oakley & Kaiser Skalicky; her sister, Dawn (Terry) Michalek; brother, Craig (Pam) Bohn; sister, Carri (Doug) Hagle and many aunts & uncles, nieces & nephews, cousins & friends that were like family.
Arrangements by Tatting-Methven Funeral and Cremation Services of Hinckley, MN.
