Linda Lee Cummings, passed away peacefully at her home in Mora, MN on October 15, 2026. She was 70 years old.

Born on February 6, 1956, in Mora, Linda spent her early years in the same town before briefly moving to Pine City and returning to the community she loved. She proudly graduated from Mora High School in 1974, setting the stage for a life filled with hard work and dedication.Linda was married to Douglas Cummings, and together they shared a beautiful life. 

She was a talented cook, known for bringing family and friends together around the dinner table. Cooking was her passion, and her kitchen was always a welcoming space filled with laughter and delicious aromas. She also had a green thumb, pouring her love into gardening and tending to her vibrant flowers.

Linda is preceded in death by her husband, Douglas, and her father, Vernon Crabtree. 

She is survived by her mother, Madge Crabtree, her brother, David Crabtree, and her children, Jerome Cummings, Mike Cummings, and Sara (Aaron) Mattkins. Linda also leaves behind her adored grandchildren, Justin and Tyler Cummings, Kylie (Mitch) Peterson, and Chase Lee, as well as great-grandchildren Rhett and Knox Peterson, and numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Linda's family is planning a celebration of her life that will take place in the near future. Details about the service will be shared soon, and all who knew and loved Linda are invited to join in honoring her memory.She will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate to know her.
