Lawrence "Larry" Arthur Seek, Jr., age 55, of Askov, MN passed away peacefully on August 29, 2022, at Elderwood Assisted Living in Hinckley, MN with his family by his side.

Larry was born two days after Thanksgiving on November 26, 1966, in Superior, WI to Lawrence, Sr. and Patricia (Reinke) Seek. Larry and his parents moved to Forest Lake, MN when he was young, graduating from Forest Lake High School in 1985. After high school Larry worked a variety of factory jobs before working many years at Tobies and then at the Rush City Bakery until he was unable to work any longer due to complications of health issues. There were quite a few things that Larry enjoyed doing in his free time, especially playing video games such as World of Warcraft and D&D. He loved to play sports and to be a spectator when he couldn't play. Larry's favorite sports were football, softball, and playing on his dart league team. He was an avid Packers fan and never missed a game. It was never a surprise to see Larry watching some of his favorite movies with his favorite characters, including Wolverine from X-Men, Star Wars, and Godzilla. Whenever Larry had a chance to crank up his favorite 70's, 80's, and 90's music he did, even if his children would pretend to complain about his choices.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence, Sr. and Patricia Seek. He is survived by his children, Miranda Seek of Askov, MN, Alex Seek of Askov, MN, Dante Seek of Sandstone, MN; brother, Brian Seek of Askov, MN; his aunt and uncle, Jane Reinke and Albert Reinke both of Bloomington, MN; and nephew, Zachary Seek of Coon Rapids, MN.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Larry at the Askov Community Center on Thursday, September 22, 2022, from 12 pm to 2 pm.
