Kent Leroy Dressel, of Ogilvie, Minnesota, passed away on January 7, 2024 in Duluth, Minnesota.  He was 65 years old.

Kent, fondly known as Kently, was born on September 8, 1958 to Howard and Edith (Nelson) Dressel.  He grew up on the family farm south of Ogilvie.  Kent was baptized and confirmed at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Ogilvie.  He graduated from Ogilvie High School in 1976, after graduation he attended Pine County Technical College in Pine City.  He worked for Classic Construction for a few years, then went to work for Crystal Cabinets in Princeton for the next 35 years.

Kent loved fishing, especially ice fishing. He also enjoyed watching the Vikings with his buddies.

He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Edith.

Kent is survived by his partner of 35 year, Jeannie Enochson, his brothers; Bob (Harriet) Dressel, Brad (Leona) Dressel, and Craig (Brenda) Dressel, his sister Gail (Mike) Lobdell, and many nieces and nephews, and many, many friends.

A Memorial Service will take place on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 11:00AM at the Dresser-Methven Chapel, Mora, Minnesota with Pastor Kate Mensing officiating.  There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service.
