Kelly Joy Olson died on December 5, 2023.  She was 54 years old.

She was born on July 1, 1969 in Fridley, MN to Donald and Joan (Hickle) Olson.  She graduated from Coon Rapids High School in 1987 and throughout her life had lived in Coon Rapids and Hinckley, MN.  She worked as a Personal Care Attendant for her sister, Christine for many years.  She enjoyed stamping and scrap booking, reading and movies.  She loved her cats and computer games.

Kelly is preceded in death by her mother, Joan Olson; her grandparents, Violet and John Hickle and Lena and Melvin Olson.

She is survived by her daughter, Tabitha Olson of Hinckley; her father, Donald Olson of Deer River; her grandfather, Paul Hampeys of Hinckley; her sisters Tammy (Sabin) Smith of Two Harbors, Wendy Kenmir of Two Harbors, Christine Olson of Two Harbors as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Hinckley with Fr. Joseph Sirba officiating.  Music is being provided by Joni Nelson and Lily Eich.  The readers are Amanda Eich and Jordan Kenmir.   Gift Bearers are Cooper Eich and Jordan Fitzgerald-Kenmir.  Visitation will be from 10-11 A.M. at the church. Casketbearers are Robert Kenmir, John Kenmir, Alexander Smith, Patrick Smith, Michael Kenmir, Jordan Kenmir, Abraham Kenmir and Bernie Kenmir.  Burial will be at Rosehill Cemetery in Hinckley.
