Kathleen (Kathy) Ann Sullivan, the first-born daughter of Bill and Marilyn Sullivan was born on April 2, 1952, in St. Paul, MN. Kathleen passed away on August 3, 2026, in New Hope, MN after a difficult year of illness.

Kathleen was a smart, sweet, caring person who had the misfortune to battle a severe mental illness her entire adult life. Despite that she had a constant desire to learn and to be a devout Catholic and Christian. Kathy was also a talented artist and musician.

Kathy is preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Marilyn, brother Daniel, and infant brother, William, Jr.

Kathy is survived by her younger brother David (Kristy) Sullivan of Champlin, MN; sister, Teresa Brunner and husband, Dean Weisser of Osseo, MN; nephew, Kevin Brunner (Georgia) of Switzerland; and niece Shannon Brunner of Brooklyn Park, MN.

A memorial service will be held for Kathy at 11am on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at St. Luke’s Catholic Church. Visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be held at the Bruno Cemetery.
