James Lee Magnuson, of Brook Park, MN, peacefully passed away at his home on October 15, 2024. He was 67 years old.
Jim was born in Mora, Minnesota to Lee (Buzz) G. and Ruth Ella (Moore) Magnuson.

He grew up in rural Kanabec County, attended Warman School through 4th grade, and graduated from Mora School in 1975. His favorite pastimes included hunting, fishing, and building/creating things from wood.

He married Kathy Vork Hart on November 28, 1986. They raised their blended family in Brook Park, MN.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy; children Tony (Desi) Cuda, Cat Leavy, Tim (Rhonda) Magnuson, Kelli Magnuson, Ryan (Tina) Hart, Lisa Deose, and Sandra Shishler; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings Rita (Rodney) Barnhart, Carol (Larry) Dutton, and Dale (Laurie) Magnuson; and nieces, nephews, and friends.
