Jackie Peltier, age 64, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2024 after fighting a battle with cancer.  Jackie was a longtime resident of Onamia, Minnesota, having previously lived in Big Lake and St. Paul.

Jackie was born on April 10, 1960 to parents, John and Eleanor Hanf in Casablanca, French Morocco.  Her father was in the United States Air Force.  Jackie traveled and lived in places like Africa, Germany and Japan, plus numerous US states from the east coast to the west coast.

Jackie was loved and appreciated by many.  Working at such business establishments as Bayview Bar and Grill, Izaty's Resort, and Hunter's Point Resort on Mille Lacs Lake, either managing, bar tending or waitressing.  Jackie was known to always have a joke to share... some being off color yet brought smiles and laughter to all.

Jackie is survived by her loving husband John, siblings; Michael (Shirley), Mitchell, John (Sandy), and Christopher (Julie).

She is preceded in death by her beloved son Jimmy, who passed away at the age of 17 from an auto accident and her younger sister JoEllen Hanf.

There will be no Funeral Service or Celebration of Life.
