Jack Phillip Earsley of Clear Lake, Minnesota passed away on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at his deer hunting property in Malmo, Minnesota. He was 73 years old.

Jack was born on June 19, 1951, at the Wheaton, Minnesota Hospital to Wayne and Dorothy Earsley.

He was baptized at Gustavus Adolphus Lutheran Church in Wheaton, Minnesota. Jack was confirmed at Holden Lutheran Church in Isle, Minnesota.

Jack was united in marriage to Marcella Evens on October 11, l969, and they were blessed with two sons. Jack and Marcella enjoyed 55 years of marriage. At the age of 18, Jack enlisted in the National Guard and later joined the Air Force. After 20 years, he retired from the Air Force as a Master Sergeant working primarily as a Security Police Officer for Minute Man II missiles. Jack earned an Associate Degree in Industrial Security, and worked as a Lieutenant of Security at the Monticello Nuclear Plant. Jack enjoyed hunting and fishing with family and friends. If you wanted to see him smile, mention his family and grandchildren. He will be dearly missed.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Wayne and Dorothy Earsley.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Marcella; his children Travis (Kristine), Wyatt (Krissy); grandchildren Brendan, Elise; brother Mike, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, November 15, 2024, at Holden Lutheran Church with Minister Sue Lyback, SAM officiating.  Visitation will be from 10-11 A.M. at the church.  Burial will be at Holden Lutheran Cemetery.  Military honors are being provided by the Isle Honor Guard.
