Jack G Christiansen, aka "Jack the Painter", of Isle, at age 85 lost his battle to cancer and passed away peacefully on June 14, 2025 to be with his parents Chris and June Christiansen and brother Jerry (Marlys) Christiansen.

Jack was a loving husband to his wife Bernice of 62 years, a caring father to his 4 children, and an amazing Grandpa to his numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Jack had a very positive outlook no matter what life dealt him. He had so much love for his family, friends, and neighbors, and became friends with everyone he met. He spent his final days watching westerns and listening to the crackling fire in his home on Mille Lacs Lake, exactly where he wanted to be, surrounded by family and friends.

Jack wanted the memories and stories of his life to carry on. To honor his request, there will be a Celebration of Life at his home on Saturday, August 16, 2025 from 12:00pm-4:00pm. There will be military honors and the presentation of the flag provided by the Isle Honor Guard at 2:00pm.
