Ellie O'Connor, 82, of Isle, MN, passed away peacefully on July 25, 2024. She was born on January 29, 1942, in Monticello, MN, and went on to build a beautiful life surrounded by love. Ellie married her sweetheart, Jack O'Connor, in 1965 in Minneapolis and together they raised two wonderful children, Colleen and Shawn. They later moved to McGrath, MN, where they enjoyed country living on a hobby farm.

After parting ways with Jack, Ellie found companionship with Ron Danielson in Isle. Following Ron's passing, she moved in with her daughter, Colleen, and grandson Brevin, creating precious memories together.

Family was everything to Ellie, and she cherished the moments spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A loving and dedicated matriarch, Ellie always found joy in their company. Her close friends also held a special place in her heart, and she treasured the laughter and camaraderie they shared.

Preceded in death by: Dad and mom, Erwin (Sam) and Ella May Huston, stepmom Leola Huston, Brother William (Bill) Huston, loving companion Ron Danielson, former husband John O'Connor.

She is survived by her children, Daughter Colleen O'Connor of Isle, son Shawn O'Connor of McGrath, Grandchildren Joshua (Courtney) Schwarzbauer of Duluth, Lucas (Cassandra) Schwarzbauer of Isle, Tannar (Samual Vacinek) O'Connor of McGrath, and Brevin O'Connor of Mississippi. Greatgrandchildren Kristopher, Brody, Jayna, Delanie, and Waylon.
