Elizabeth A. Norell – (AKA Sweetheart, Beth, Butters, Betty and Jeff) age 30, left this world unexpectedly December 18th, 2023.

Elizabeth was brought into this world November 5th, 1993, to Julie and Kevin in South Minneapolis, raised in Askov, MN where she graduated from East Central High School in 2012. Elizabeth went on to complete her Bachelor of Arts in English Studies from American International University. She carried her passion for the language into a successful career back to Minneapolis as a Business Administrative Generalist since obtaining her degree. Elizabeth was an avid reader and game night (and day) enthusiast. In her spare time, joy and creativity flowed as an artist from acrylics on furniture to eye-catching manicures, and diamond paintings. Her wit, infectious laugh and fun-loving human spirit were gifts she shared with many.

Preceded in death by her father Kevin Norell, Elizabeth will be dearly missed by her surviving mother Julie (Bill) Morris, sisters Sara Norell and Ashley Norell, nieces Salem, Audrey and nephew Cameron along with countless loving relatives and friends.

Sweetheart always to her momma from day 1, Beth to many, Butters to those who loved her fiercely, Betty who shared her joy and Jeff, well, just because. Elizabeth will be forever in our hearts!

A Gathering of Family and Friends is planned for Beth from 1pm to 6pm on January 6, 2024 at the Askov Community Center, located at 6369 Kobmagergade (Main Street), Askov, MN 55704.
