Eileen Evelyn Voss, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully at home in Ogilvie with her devoted husband, Larry, by her side. Born on May 8, 1949, in Mora, Minnesota, Eileen was the cherished daughter of Earl and Evelyn Lawrence. Although her father passed away before her birth, her mother raised her in Mora and instilled in her a strong foundation of love and care.

Eileen dedicated her life to being an outstanding homemaker and created a warm and nurturing environment for her family. She had two wonderful kids, Brad and Monica, she loved them, supported them and was so proud of all that they did.  Eileen was known for her incredible cooking and baking skills, she also enjoyed flower gardening, collecting agates, trips to the casino and visiting with family and friends.

Together, Eileen and Larry shared a beautiful 57-year journey, filled with joy, laughter, and countless adventures. She found immense joy in spending time with her family.

Eileen is survived by her husband Larry, her children, Brad (LeaAnne) Voss, Mora, MN, Monica Johnson (Billy), Milaca, MN, her grandchildren; Melissa Johnson, J.T. (Tasha) Johnson,  Katie Johnson, Milaca, MN, and Logan (Asia) Voss, Ogilvie, MN, great- grandchildren: Aubrey, Taylor, Brooks and Blakely Johnson, and  Everlee  Arenkiel, her sister Barbara Joy Chollett, and many nieces and nephews who cherished her dearly.

Eileen joins her parents, Earl and Evelyn Lawrence, her father and mother in law, Vern and Clara Voss , as well as her siblings—Helen Seline, Bob Lawrence, Jim Lawrence, Dan Lawrence, Roger Lawrence, Merle Lawrence, and Mary Patricia Lawrence—who have preceded her in death. Her warmth, laughter, and delicious meals will be deeply missed by all who knew her.  We will cherish our memories.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, September 28, 2025 from 1:00pm- 4:00pm at the Larry Voss Residence. 1568 Harbor St. Ogilvie, MN 56353.
