Dyann Mae Hendrickson (née Schaper) passed away on August18, 2024, in Isanti, Minnesota, at the age of 84. Born on March 31, 1940, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, she lived a life marked by devotion to her family and community.

Dyann dedicated many years to nurturing her family as a stay- at-home mom before embarking on a career first as a school bus driver, which allowed her to remain close to her growing children. As her children, Paul and Carol, advanced in age, she transitioned into the workforce outside the home. Dyann worked for Honeywell and later US Bank, where she was a valued member of their Human Resources and Recruiting teams.

She found solace and community at Hope Lutheran Church in Moose Lake, Minnesota, where she was an active member. Dyann enjoyed a variety of hobbies that connected her with nature and her loved ones, including camping, fishing. boating, reading, and playing cards. These activities reflected her love for adventure and her joy in sharing these passions with her family and friends.

Dyann is survived by her children, Paul Hendrickson (Julie) and Carol Nitz (Bob), along with her cherished grandchildren, Matthew, Emily, Adam, and Alex. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ralph Hendrickson.

Methven Funeral Home in Mora, Minnesota, is assisting the family with arrangements. Dyann's life will be celebrated and remembered for her unwavering love for her family her commitment to her community, and the joy she brought to those around her.
