It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Donald Edward Flink, affectionately known as Don, who left us on January 7, 2025, at the age of 65. Born on June 10, 1959, in Minneapolis, MN, Don spent the last ten years of his life in Wahkon, MN, where he cherished every moment fishing, playing BINGO, and engaging in conversations with his neighbors—often with his signature sense of humor.

Don was a truck driver by trade, navigating the roads with dedication and a little bit of that lovable smart-ass charm we all knew him for. His love for the open road was only matched by his love for his family. He is survived by his mother, Darlene Anderson of Wahkon; his sons, Joshua Flink of Morgan, MN, Dale (Marya) of Florance, MT; and his beloved daughters, Stacy Lee (Seng) of St. Paul, MN, Becky Flink of St. Paul, MN.. He will be deeply missed by his three granddaughters, his sisters Darcy (Brian) Peterson and Jolyn (Scott) Oberg, as well as many nieces and nephews who adored him.

Don is now reunited with his loving wife Cindy, his father Donald, and his stepdad Wayne Anderson, who all preceded him in death.
