David Bruce Sinell

David Bruce Sinell, 74 of Isle, born in Mora Minnesota on May 3rd to Vernon and Harriet Sinell . David passed away after a long battle with cancer on August 6th 2026 at Riverwood Hospital in Aitkin surrounded by loved ones.

David was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend

David graduated from McGrath High School in 1970. After High school David attended Pine City Technical College for Welding. He worked as a welder at Peerless Welding then spent most of his working years working construction as a Heavy Equipment Operator.

David was united in marriage in 2022 to Linda Sinell.

David enjoyed fishing with his children Chad Sinell and Staci (Sinell) Powers and grandchildren Zachary Sinell, Dane Powers and Kaylee Powers, restoring cars with his son Chad Sinell, planting and caring for his beautiful lily garden with his wife Linda. David was a man of many talents and had the remarkable ability to create almost anything with his hands. David enjoyed tinkering in his shop on whatever he could find to work on, joking around with his grandchildren and spending time with his two Schnauzers Teddy and Daisy and spending relaxing time with his wife Linda at home. He will be deeply missed by those who loved him and by those who simply had the privilege of experiencing his kindness

David is survived by his wife Linda Sinell of Isle, children Chad Sinell and Staci (Sinell) Powers and Son in Law Travis Powers, Ginger Houle of Isle, Stepson Chris Hebeisen (Tina Hebeisen) of Isle, grandchildren Zachary Sinell, Dane Powers, Kaylee Powers. Step grandchildren Madison, Sam, Jenna, Alaina, JD, Dylan, Sami and Logan Hebeisen. Brothers Steven Sinell and Richard Sinell (Colleen). Mike Buhl and Family and Leon L’allier and family, nephew, Jesse Sinell, Wayne (Karen) Barneveld Family and many more relatives.

David is proceeded in death by his parents Vernon and Harriet Sinell. Sister in Laws Jackie L’allier and Joanne Buhl.

A Celebration of Life is being planned for a later date.
