Chase
Peterson
Feb 28, 1996 — Jul 15, 2026
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Chase Peterson/Larson, a beloved son, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew, and friend whose kindness and larger-than-life personality left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. He passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. He was 30 years old.
Chase was born on February 28, 1996 and was an all-or-nothing kind of person. He lived with his whole heart, loved fiercely, and gave everything he had to the people and things he cared about. When he called you family or friend, you knew you had someone who would stand beside you through anything.
He lived an adventurous life and found joy in the thrill of the outdoors. Chase loved riding his Harley, competing in ATV races, tearing through mud bogs, sea-dooing in the Gulf of Mexico, snowmobiling through the great Rockies, fishing, and even skydiving—always chasing that adrenaline rush and the next unforgettable experience, making memories every step of the way.
He had a gift for making people feel welcome. No matter where he went, he never met a stranger—only friends he hadn't made yet. Whether at a party, a gathering, or simply out and about, his infectious smile, easy conversation, and genuine heart drew people to him. He had a way of making everyone feel like they belonged.
More than anything, Chase was someone people could count on. If you needed help, he was there. If you needed someone in your corner, he had your back without hesitation. He gave his time, his strength, and his heart freely, always willing to lend a hand or stand beside the people he loved. His loyalty, generosity, and compassion will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Chase is survived by his mother, Tracy Lindberg, his fathers, Richard Larson and Greg Peterson, his grandmother, Judy Larson, his siblings, Tyler Larson, Samantha Larson, Brooke Larson, Megan Peterson, Jaden Meinen, and Candi Meinen and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was a proud and loving uncle to his nieces, Maya, Brenna, Saige, Rowdy, and his nephews, Wilder, Ryder, and William, all of whom brought him immeasurable joy.
Though Chase's time with us was far too short, the memories he created, the friendships he built, and the love he shared will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and countless friends. His laughter, unwavering support, and generous spirit will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever in our hearts.
