Brian Lee Martin died on September 8, 2021.  He was 40 years old.

Brian was born on August 26, 1981 and grew up in Duluth and Minneapolis.  He was a member of the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe.  He enjoyed bead, leathermaking, spending time with friends and intellectual conversations.

He is preceded in death by his great grandmother Quay-Wa-Doog, his mother, Ramona Martin, his sister, Lisa Martin.

He is survived by his eldest sister, Christina Martin, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunt, Mishiimin and uncle Curt.

Services will be held at 10 A.M. on Friday, September 17, 2021 at the Aazhoomog Community Center with Baabiitaw officiating.  Burial will be at Stevens Lake Cemetery.
