Obituary

Beatrice Blegen, passed away in Rush City on January 15, 2023.  She was 91 years old.
Beatrice L. Blegen was born April 28, 1931 in St Paul, MN.  She attended schools in Fargo, ND and Staples, MN.
On November 25, 1950, she united in marriage to Ralph Blegen.  They raised three sons, Michael, Raymond and David.  They lived in New Brighton, MN for 39 years, before moving to Mora, MN after her retirement from Trend Enterprises.
Bea was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Mora, MN.
She is preceded in death by beloved husband Ralph, son Michael and brothers Roy and Gordon Halverson.
Bea is survived by sons Raymond (Nancy) and David (Jill), grandchildren Craig, Gina (Nate), Cory (Amber), Kelly, Katie, Kara, Jonathan, Joseph, great grandchildren Jonathan C., Michael, Rikki, Ivan, Nora, Tate, Ellie, Jaiden, sister Ruth Braith and sister in law Joan Halverson, as well as many special nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 20, 2023 at 11:00AM at Grace Lutheran Church in Mora, Minnesota with Pastor Gary Guptill officiating.  There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service.
